As of 2023 a unique Artist in Residence program will be hosted at our workshop in Friesland, The Netherlands. Artists will have the opportunity to reside in one of our Shepherd’s Huts on wheels whilst being able to use the facilities offered in the atelier, just 100 meters away. There are two printing presses, working tables, water supply and a broad selection of literature on arts and printing techniques. On request and depending any preferences, it will be possible to arrange meetings with other surrounding galleries and artists.
On the same property, three other wagens can be found which can be booked by regular guests. We often receive people with a mind for nature and an interest for art. The residing artist should feel invited to get in touch with the other guests for either exchange of knowledge and / or informing the guests about his / her work. We would love for our guests to get acquainted with art and for the artist to possibly receive new points of view or inspiration by meeting up with new people.
